Filing A Claim Tips

File your claim within 60 days of your medical appointment.

Remember to make photocopies of all your paperwork before you send to the insurance company.

Claims should be resolved within 45 days of submission. Follow up with your insurance provider after that if the claim is still outstanding.

Make sure all receipts from your doctor have the proper diagnosis codes. Without them, your claim could be delayed.
