What We Offer

RBA designs and implements complete health, dental, life, disability, home and auto insurance plans, as well as retirement planning programs. We offer unparalleled customer service for both you and your employees, including enrollment assistance, help filing claims and with billing questions – all at no cost to you or your employees. Acting as the trusted link between you and the insurance companies, RBA takes the guesswork out of a complicated system by providing simple answers to important questions.


Benefits to Members

There are measurable advantages to members of an RBA plan, including:

  • Enrollment: We provide prompt and knowledgeable guidance in completing all enrollment forms for submission to the insurance company. RBA keeps copies of all information materials, including forms, brochures and pamphlets and our associates can walk members through the process step by step.

  • Claims: All forms are provided upon request. Members will be informed of their rights according to their contract. Although we do not process or submit claim forms, we may intervene on your behalf in the event there are claims issues that cannot be resolved.

  • Billing: We file invoices for represented member associations.

  • Entry and Exit Packages: RBA will assist you in putting together entry and exit packages to help your employees with enrollment and terminations. All efforts will be made to collect premiums before any member is terminated from the group, including written notices and phone calls.

  • National Toll-Free Number: Experienced service representatives who provide information on benefits and coverage are available to employees by telephone toll-free from anywhere in the United States.

  • Client Customer Service: A full-time group administrator is assigned to your company, ensuring that all members receive prompt and accurate answers.

  • Educational Seminars: Whenever there are major changes to health regulations or when a new health plan is introduced, RBA will set up a seminar for you and your employees.


Company History and Management

RBA Insurance Strategies was founded in 1986 by President Roy B. Assad. Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Assad worked for State Farm Insurance Company, since 1974. With nearly 30 years experience, Mr. Assad oversees client relationships with more than 3000 customers today.
